Sustainable Development Custer Coordinator
Senior researcher holds a PhD in Sociology and is the Head of the ”Education, vocational training and labour market” department from the National Scientific Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection. Also, she acts as collaborating lector at the Faculty of Administration and Business, University of Bucharest. During her research career, she gained an extensive expertise as project director and member of research teams (carrying out research studies and complex analysis, advanced data analysis, designing and testing research methodologies). Her domains of expertise include the relation between education and labour market, youth employment, school-to-work transition, vocational training, skills needs, educational inequalities, educational and occupational choices, social mobility, migration and equal opportunities.
